ATS - Eaton Fuller Super 13 & Super 18 Transmissions (1.42.x)

This mod replaces the default 13 and 18 speed transmissions with Eaton Fuller Super manuals.
Also added a budget Eaton Fuller Roadranger 9 speed for 0 cost. Great for fleet trucks.

This mod works for the following trucks:
All default game trucks.
Lucasi’s Freightliner FLD 2.1
Lucasi’s Freightliner Argosy 2.4
Lucasi’s International 9800 2.1
Freightliner FLB by Harven
XBS Autocar AT
XBS Autocar DC

Gears for 9:

Rear gearing for these have been changed to 3.23 from default 3.55. (9 speed is 3.55)
8th is a double overdrive (0.86, 0.73). 7H is direct 1:1.
7H at 1500rpm is 55mph. 8H at 1400rpm is 70mph.
The versions with retarder have been changed as well.
This mod will even change the company trucks from quick jobs.
