ATS - Desert Truck Map V1.0 (1.39.x)
Introducing Desert Truck 1.0, drive in 1:1 scale the 580km (360 mile) route through the desert from Tucson to Las Vegas.
Wonder at the vast emptiness of Arizona and Nevada on your ~5.5 hour (real time) journey along a totally flat and pretty much straight road with no junctions or scenery.
Unlike Desert Bus, your truck handles well, but the road itself has many slight turns requiring constant adjustments on the steering - so don't worry cruise control won't be saving you much pain.
Start in Tucson and head north west for hours on end to reach Las Vegas and realise you will never get that time back.
Is there anything out there in this vast map? Could there be any hidden easter eggs? Probably not but you'll have to drive the whole route to find out!
(Note the map is standalone, so you will need to make a new profile, and select "desert.mbd" as the playing module)
