ATS - Better Flares V4.6.2

Better Flares mod for American Truck Simulator, created by Avelium.

Changes:
Added new headlights options: DOT Warm, ECE Cyan, ECE Neutral 1 (similar to DOT Neutral), previous ECE Neutral renamed to ECE Neutral 2
Slightly adjusted size and visibility angles for some flares
Improved compatibility with Sound Fixes Pack

Key Features:
Completely reworked flares
Realistic headlights patterns with 3 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon

IMPORTANT!
Traffic Addon now require Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won’t spawn!
