ATS - Better Flares V3.1C Fixed (1.39.x)

Version 3.1C from 28.11.20 Changes:
Fixed beacon lights
Fixed bugs

Version 3.1C:
Updated for 1.39,

Version 3.1A:
Fixed Traffic lights not shown error

Better Flares 3.1 is an adapted version of Better Flares 3.0.1, with converted textures to latest. Compatible with ATS 1.39.
Removed everything that caused trouble, so you should have a crash game

Jazzycat addons are of course not required and should not be loaded when you don't have Jazzys packs.

Load order:
BFv3.1 Headlights (White/Yellow - CHOOSE ONLY ONE)
BFv3.1 Base (Blue/Neutral/Yellow - CHOOSE ONLY ONE)
BFv3.1 Jazzycat add-ons
Jazzy packs
Other Traffic add-ons
BFv3.1 Default Traffic addon
