ATS - Better Bank Loans V1.0 (1.40.x)

Hi guys, I have another mod to share with you.

This mod reworks the bank loan structure a little with default SCS economy in mind. I raised the $400K loan to $500K and added the $250K & $1M with similar interest rates and repayment schedules to SCS. Raised the level requirement for credit limits. The level requirement to purchase a trailer has been lowered to level 1.

Added new bank loan amounts with new interest and payment weeks
10,000 @ 25% & 5 weeks 290/day
50,000 @ 19% & 5 weeks 1445/day
100,000 @ 17% & 5 weeks 2886/day
250,000 @ 14% & 7 weeks 5158/day
500,000 @ 12% & 20 weeks 6577/day
1,000,000 @ 8% & 30 weeks 8053/day

Overdraft duration last 7 days now (was 5 days)

Adjusted bank loan level limits
Credit limits are
lvl 0-2 $100,000
lvl 3-9 $250,000
lvl 10-29 $500,000
lvl 30 unlocks special $1,000,000 loan
lvl 40 unlocks special $5,000,000 limit
lvl 50 unlocks special $10,000,000 limit

Also reduced trailer unlock level from 5 to 1.
