ATS - Apple Maps Navigation Pack

This mod turns your boring cabin navigation screen into a fresh looking Apple Maps style navigation.
As for now the following changes where made:
Blue navigation path
Apple style map icons
New background and road colors like on your iPhone (Background only in cabin, not in Route Advisor)
For added realism arrows on navigation path are disabled
Added Siri voice navigation (only english and german) with metric or imperial units
