Disables collision damage, part wear, and all traffic fines in American Truck Simulator (v1.60 - 1.61).

Updated to ATS 1.61

What is protected:
No collision damage and no driving wear
Player truck, owned trailer, and cargo stay damage-free
No physical damage from accidents

Fines disabled:

All traffic offence fines set to $0, including:
Car crash / collision fines
Speeding (camera and police)
Running red lights, wrong way, no headlights at night
Fatigue, hard shoulder, damaged vehicle usage
Weigh station / inspection / border violations
Nearby police fine multiplier disabled

Works with every truck brand and owned trailer. Toll roads are not affected.
